Organizing
There never seems to be enough time in our day so how we spend every minute will make the difference between those who appreciate the gift of time and those who complain about their lack of time. The best way to get more out of your time is by planning and organizing. Organizing is much more than clean tidy spaces, it is about managing your life.

Decluttering
The first step is to identify your areas of clutter and focus only on one area at a time. One pile is for things you know you need to keep. A second pile for things you will give away, donate or sell. A third pile is for trash.

Home Staging
Highlighting your home's strengths and downplaying its weaknesses is the goal of home staging. Set the stage to sell your home with some fresh color, furniture rearrangement, and some new accessories. The essentials of home staging are: remove clutter, less is more, and float your furniture. One room at a time!

Interior Design/Space Planning
Most of us get stuck in a jumble of furniture acquired over the years resulting in a home that does not correspond to our personal sense of style. The process of discovering your personal interior design style begins with organizing your ideas of each room and how you would redo what is already there. A professional can help you incorporate basic elements of interior design to create a well balanced look.

Systems Creation
One example, when cleaning out your closet your professional organizer will ask you:
Does it fit? Is it comfortable? Does it flatter me? Do I like it? Is it stained or damaged? When is the last time I wore it? Do I need it? Is it comfortable? What I do in my closet is group all my jeans, dress pants, sweaters and tops sorted by color. You may choose to organize your clothes in a different way...the most important thing is...it must make sense to YOU! IIt is not only creating the system...the challenge is to MAINTAIN the system!
